About the Role
Bit Go is a leading provider of digital asset solutions. We are hiring a Business Development Representative in New York to hunt new leads for our Fin Tech/Platform Sales team.
ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage potential leads through professional networking, online research, marketing campaigns, industry events and cold outreach. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align initiatives and develop target lists, campaigns, and other strategies for engaging prospects. Qualify leads as sales opportunities, schedule meetings for the Sales team, and capture lead information in Salesforce while maintaining high CRM hygiene.
Skills and Experience- 1+ years of experience in sales and/or business development in digital assets, financial services, fintech, or SaaS.
- Enthusiasm for the digital asset industry and curiosity about new concepts such as protocols and tokens, staking, NFTs.
- Agility and appetite for learning new products/technology in a fast‑developing environment.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Critical thinking, open communication, and ownership mentality.

Depending on leveling and location, compensation averages between $70,000 - $85,000 USD base salary. Equity, an annual performance bonus and the outlined benefits are part of the package.
