Sales Representative

Finback Brewery is seeking a full-time New York City Sales Rep. We are looking for a self‑motivated, independent, and exceptional person, with strong verbal, and written skills, and persuasive communication abilities to join our team. The candidate must be energetic, personable, possess a strong work ethic, and strive to achieve goals. Finback is a brewer owned brewery, driven by creativity and quality, with locations in Queens and Brooklyn.

• Act as a primary point of contact for full account base within a defined territory
• Meet or exceed sales goals within assigned territory
• Solicit new business in on/off premise retail accounts
• Grow business within existing on/off premise retail accounts
• Communicate timely and regularly with customer base
• Create, organize, and execute dinners, promotions, tastings, trainings, and other events within territory
• Willingness to assist in events and festivals as needed, outside of assigned territory
• Represent and positively convey brand
• Sales tracking, reporting, and coordination

• Strong knowledge of the NYC craft beverage industry, its retailers, and consumers
• Excellent communication skills and ability to create and maintain relationships
• Excellent team player
• Excellent self‑starter
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights and weekends as needed
• 2 years of outside beer sales (preferred)
• Compliance to industry best practices and alcoholic beverage regulations
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform the requirements of a physically active sales position
• 21+ with valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• This position is full-time with fixed base salary plus performance-based commission and/or bonus. Salary commensurate with experience.
