Pumpkin, a subsidiary of Independence Pet Holdings, is seeking a Senior Partnerships Account Manager who is results‑oriented and ready to transform potential opportunities into a predictable, scalable revenue stream, crucial to the company’s growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Prospecting & Pitching:
Identify and reach out to potential partners, tailor pitches, and create collateral highlighting brand and product value. - Pipeline & CRM Management:
Maintain a rigorous, organized sales pipeline, tracking leads from contact to signature, launch, and performance. - Contract Process Management:
Coordinate with the Head of Commercial & Strategy, Finance, and Legal throughout contracting. - Partnership Launch Accountability:
Collaborate with product, design, engineering, marketing, and data teams to ensure on‑time, on‑brand, and fully supported launches and integrations. - Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Establish KPIs, provide data‑driven reports, and identify optimization and renewal opportunities. - Relationship Stewardship:
Serve as primary contact, nurture long‑term loyalty via proactive communication and quarterly business reviews.
- 5+ years of inside sales and/or account management, ideally in B2B or B2B2C.
- Experience engaging prospects at all sales‑funnel levels via virtual calls.
- Strong phone presence and consultative skill set for meaningful conversations.
- Adaptability to change and ability to thrive in less formalized environments.
- Proficiency in closing and securing next steps.
- Experience with digital and social selling tactics to continually engage clients and build brand awareness.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and independent decision making.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Nice to have: experience/familiarity with animal health or consumer pet products (optional).
