$60K–$75K base + 10% uncapped commission (OTE $93K–$108K+)

Who We Are

Greeter is the automated marketing sidekick for physical storefronts. We help small businesses drive foot traffic through AI-powered daily messaging displayed on digital screens in their windows. Think of it as a smart marketer who updates your signage every morning with fresh promotions based on sales data, neighborhood events, and weather. No effort from the owner.

The Role

You walk blocks, meet owners, and close deals. This is a street-level sales role for someone who loves the grind and wants to see direct results from their effort. You'll be the growth engine bringing Greeter into storefronts across the city.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years and a track record in door-to-door sales; but if you've got the hustle, we'll train you. Expect startup hours and constant iteration. The OTE is attainable and you'll learn from our top seller.

What You'll Do
  • Prospect every way you can: in-person, cold calls, email, Linked In
  • Run demos, pitch owners, and lock in same-day signings where possible
  • Research target accounts and find the real decision-makers
  • Coordinate installs with the ops team and keep your CRM tidy
  • Feed customer insights back to product and into our GTM strategy
  • Follow up relentlessly—deals rarely close on the first knock
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 0–3 years in sales or a client-facing role. Bonus for field/door-to-door sales in marketing or SMB tech (telecom, payment terminals, signage, security systems)
  • High energy, a little competitive, and unbothered by cold pitching
  • Tech fluency: run a demo on any device, write a clear email, build docs and slides in Google Workspace or Canva, edit templated contracts, screenshare without awkwardness
  • Track record of hitting goals in a metrics-driven environment
  • Comfortable with CRMs and AI-driven prospecting/GTM tools
Nice to Have
  • Genuine early adopter—you've built your own personal OS from a stack of AI subscriptions with custom gems/projects/agents
  • Know the local business scene, especially hospitality, retail, and fitness
  • Familiar with Helpscout, Monday, JIRA, and web/email analytics
