About the Team

FINNY, our Account Executives are true owners of the revenue engine, operating at the front lines of a massive shift in how financial advisors grow their businesses. As an AE, you’ll run the full sales cycle end-to-end — from initial discovery through close — partnering closely with advisors to understand their goals and show how FINNY can meaningfully impact their growth.

We’re a lean, high-velocity team, which means you’ll have real autonomy, broad scope, and a direct hand in shaping how we sell, what we prioritize, and how we win.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the entire sales cycle: discovery, demo, proposal, and close.
  • Collaborate with BDRs to qualify and convert high-quality opportunities.
  • Deliver tailored product demos and articulate FINNY’s ROI to advisors and firm leaders.
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets while maintaining precise CRM hygiene.
  • Partner with marketing and product to refine messaging and feedback from the field.
  • 3–5 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS or fintech sales experience with a proven quota record.
  • Familiar with high-volume, high-velocity sales (25+ deals / month)
  • Excellent presentation and closing skills, especially with senior decision-makers.
  • Deep understanding of sales process management and forecasting.
  • Proficiency with sales tools (Attio, Hub Spot, Outreach.io, Linked In Navigator).
  • Entrepreneurial, data-driven, and collaborative mindset.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience selling to financial advisors, RIAs, or broker-dealers.
  • Familiarity with lead-gen or marketing automation products.
  • Startup or early-stage sales experience.
