Senior Account Executive
Location: New York, NY (On-site)
Salary: $80,000-$100,000 Base + Uncapped Commission
About the OpportunityA rapidly growing SaaS company is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Senior Account Executive to join its expanding sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a consultative sales professional who enjoys owning the entire sales process—from prospecting to closing—and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
The ideal candidate is a strategic hunter who excels at building relationships, uncovering client needs, and delivering technology solutions that create lasting business value.
What You’ll Do- Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
- Build and maintain long‑term partnerships with clients by understanding their business objectives and delivering exceptional service.
- Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline while accurately forecasting opportunities.
- Track key performance metrics, including pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Billing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings to identify new opportunities.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries while providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Represent the organization with professionalism, integrity, and a consultative approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with executive‑level decision‑makers.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Highly self‑motivated with strong business acumen and problem‑solving skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Hub Spot is preferred.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $80,000-$100,000
