Our client, an apparel brand, is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their team in NYC!
Responsibilities- Act as the primary contact for business partners, wholesale accounts, and retail clients
- Assist with new account setup, onboarding, and ongoing account maintenance
- Provide operational support to the sales team and assist with day‑to‑day account activities
- Oversee order processing to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment
- Track customer follow‑ups, sales activities, and account‑related tasks
- Support reporting, reconciliations, and other sales administration functions
- Monitor inventory performance, stock movements, and transaction accuracy across customer accounts
- Participate in inventory audits and verify stock records when required
- Coordinate invoicing, pricing adjustments, and inventory‑related reporting
- Track product availability, shipments, delivery timelines, and supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate customer records and business data within enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot system and data integration issues while ensuring data integrity
- Prepare and distribute reports covering inventory, order status, operational performance, and business metrics
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend process enhancements
- 3-5+ years’ relevant experience in customer service management
- Well organized, detail‑oriented and strong time management skills
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with internal teams
- Problem‑solving skills
