What You Will DoLet’s be transparent:
This is a face-to-face sales and fundraising role.
You'll spend your day interacting directly with members of the public at events, pop-up campaigns, community outreach locations, and high-traffic environments throughout the NYC area.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Representing nonprofit partners professionally and enthusiastically
- Starting conversations with new people throughout the day
- Educating potential supporters about campaigns and causes
- Securing donations and recurring support for nonprofit organizations
- Meeting individual and team performance goals
- Learning sales psychology, communication techniques, and leadership skills
- Participating in daily coaching, training, and development sessions
- Contributing to a positive, high-performance team culture
- Enjoy meeting and talking to new people
- Want to develop professional communication and sales skills
- Prefer a fast-paced environment over sitting behind a desk
- Are competitive and motivated by goals

- No previous sales experience is required.
