Client Relationship Manager, Account Manager
For our client, we are seeking a Head Of East Coast Sales to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a technology-driven environment.
Location:
New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $216,000 – $270,000 annually
Responsibilities- Own and exceed revenue targets across the East Coast
- Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies
- Serve as executive sponsor on strategic client relationships
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of 8-12 Client Partners and managers
- Attract and retain top sales talent for future leadership roles
- Establish a high-performance operating rhythm for execution
- Collaborate across teams to influence product and marketing strategies
- 15+ years in digital media or advertising sales, consistently exceeding targets in high-growth environments
- 6+ years of sales leadership experience, managing teams of managers
- Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams
- Strong relationships within the East Coast brand and agency ecosystem
- Ability to connect customer needs with product solutions strategically
- Executive presence with strong communication skills
- Analytical orientation for data-driven decision-making
- Genuine passion for community engagement and the company’s mission
