We have partnered with a fast-growing Series A AI start-up in their search for a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to join a scaling business at a pivotal stage of growth, helping to drive new customer acquisition and expand the company's enterprise footprint.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding quota in a B2B SaaS environment and experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new enterprise opportunities within target accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
- Conduct discovery meetings, product demonstrations and value-based presentations.
- Develop account strategies and territory plans to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver compelling solutions and proposals.
- Accurately manage pipeline activity and forecasting through CRM systems.
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity and customer challenges.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS sales.
- Demonstrated success selling into enterprise and mid-market organizations.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Experience managing sales cycles ranging from 3–12 months.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and influence C-level executives and senior business leaders.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Self-motivated, highly organized and results-oriented.
- Experience selling Fin Tech, Legal Tech or Professional Services technology platforms.
- Experience selling workflow automation, AI, data, compliance or business process solutions.
- Established network within financial services, legal services, consulting or professional services organizations.
- Experience working in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
