The Role

This is a highly visible, individual contributor role for a proven hunter who thrives on creating opportunities, opening doors, and building revenue from the ground up.

The ideal candidate has a strong network across brands and agencies, a passion for consultative selling, and a track record of landing and growing net-new business. They are competitive, resourceful, highly accountable, and energized by the challenge of building in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

You will work closely with leadership, product, client services, and account management teams to drive revenue growth while helping shape the next phase of Cluep's expansion.

Responsibilities
  • Generate and grow advertising revenue through consultative, solution-based selling
  • Prospect, develop, and close net-new business opportunities across brands and agencies
  • Build and execute territory plans that drive consistent pipeline growth
  • Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with agency and advertiser decision makers
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships into larger strategic partnerships
  • Translate AI-powered audience intelligence capabilities into compelling business solutions
  • Create and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and RFP responses
  • Partner with Client Success and Account Management teams to ensure campaign performance and client retention
  • Collaborate with Product and Leadership teams to provide market feedback and identify growth opportunities
  • Analyze campaign results and contribute to case studies and client success stories
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly revenue goals and key performance metrics
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 8-10+ years of experience in digital media, advertising technology, mobile, programmatic, CTV, retail media, or related advertising sales experience
  • Proven track record of prospecting, landing, and growing net-new business relationships
  • Demonstrated success exceeding revenue targets in a quota-carrying sales role
  • Strong relationships across media agencies, holding companies, independent agencies, and/or brand-direct advertisers
  • Experience developing strategic media recommendations and consultative client solutions
  • Working knowledge of programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, audience targeting, measurement, and attribution
  • Strong understanding of AI, audience intelligence, data-driven marketing, or emerging advertising technologies
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and storytelling skills
  • Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with evolving priorities
