Job Description & How to Apply Below
Location: New York

Kaizntree helps food and beverage companies scale their operations through AI automation.

We help brands automate manual processes, streamline inventory management, and gain real-time visibility across their business. Our customers include some of the most recognizable and fastest-growing brands in the industry, including Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, Coaqua, Leisure Hydration, and many others.

Today, Kaizntree is helping brands automate thousands of operational tasks that would otherwise be managed through spreadsheets, emails, PDFs, and disconnected systems.

We’re at the forefront of applying AI to CPG operations, helping brands operate more efficiently and giving them the infrastructure they need to grow.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Account Executive who wants to help build the next stage of the company.

This is not a corporate sales job.

You’ll work directly with the founder, have visibility into every part of the business, and play a meaningful role in helping scale one of the fastest-growing technology companies serving the food and beverage industry.

The Opportunity

As an Account Executive at Kaizntree, your primary responsibility will be generating revenue and closing new business.

This is a full‑cycle sales role.

You’ll be responsible for prospecting, generating opportunities, running discovery calls, conducting product demonstrations, managing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and closing new business.

You’ll be selling directly to founders, operations leaders, supply chain managers, finance leaders, and other decision-makers at food and beverage brands.

This is not a role where you’ll sit back and wait for inbound leads.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys building pipeline, creating opportunities, and taking ownership of revenue generation from start to finish.

In addition to sales activities, you’ll represent Kaizntree at conferences, trade shows, customer events, and networking events across North America. Travel is typically expected approximately once every one to two months depending on event schedules.

What You’ll Do
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach
  • Run discovery calls with prospective customers
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
  • Manage opportunities from prospecting through close
  • Develop relationships with key decision makers
  • Create proposals and commercial agreements
  • Negotiate and close new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Collaborate closely with the founder on sales strategy and execution
  • Represent Kaizntree at conferences, trade shows, and networking events across North America
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast information
  • Help improve the sales process as the company scales
  • Become an expert in the operational challenges faced by food and beverage brands
Who We’re Looking For

We care far more about drive, competitiveness, coachability, and execution than corporate polish.

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Have at least 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals
  • Have experience managing opportunities from prospecting through close
  • Can demonstrate a history of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Are comfortable generating your own pipeline through outbound outreach
  • Have strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Were an athlete, team captain, competitor, founder, or have a track record of performing in highly competitive environments
  • Thrive in fast‑moving and sometimes ambiguous environments
  • Are highly self‑directed and don’t require constant supervision
  • Enjoy meeting new people and building relationships both in‑person and virtually
  • Are willing to travel periodically throughout North America for conferences, trade shows, and customer events
  • Want significant ownership and responsibility
  • Are motivated by performance‑based compensation

Experience selling SaaS, software, automation, ERP, inventory management, supply chain, logistics, or operational solutions is a plus but not required.

What Success Looks Like

This role is measured primarily on:

  • Revenue closed
  • New customers acquired
  • Consistency and execution

During your first 45 days, you’ll be expected to:

  • Develop a deep…
