Responsibilities- Build and manage the Agency Acquisition team responsible for NA and LATAM large Indie Agency acquisition and onboarding.
- Lead and enable the team to achieve sales targets and execute efficiently to meet pipeline goals.
- Drive new partnerships with Large Indie Agencies by navigating their complex organizational structures.
- Proactively build and maintain good relationships with large Indie Agencies and platform partners to help enhance the company’s brand and industry influence. Take the initiative to identify new cooperation opportunities in the industry and promote business development.
- Participate in sales incentive design in partnership with Monetization Strategy and Ops team.
- At least 5+ years of experience in sales management and 5+ years of experience in digital advertising or the media agency industry.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish or Portuguese is required to collaborate with agency partners with North America and LATAM. These interactions include leading and participating in meetings with internal and external stakeholders that are conducted in Spanish or Portuguese as well as corresponding in chat or emails.
- Strong ability to develop new customers and markets, with successful cases preferred.
- Strong resistance and ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced working environment.
- Strong self‑motivation, result‑oriented, and focused on achieving measurable outcomes.
- Sound analytical skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Comfortable with revenue target.
- A genuine passion for small business.
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $126,429 - $226,286 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
