About the Role

Clarify Capital is seeking motivated and driven Sales Representatives to join our fast-paced sales branch. This role is ideal for individuals with a proven sales background who thrive in a competitive, high-energy environment. With a very short sales cycle, you’ll have the opportunity to build momentum quickly, close deals consistently, and earn six figures within your first year if you’re the right fit.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline of leads generated by managers, Salesforce, and email automation tools.
  • Conduct outbound and inbound communications, engaging with prospects across industries.
  • Effectively present financing solutions and guide prospects through the sales process.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics including: $5K–$15K monthly revenue generation,
  • ~$37,000 monthly commission targets.
  • Partner with managers during your first 3–6 months for structured training and mentorship.
  • Build and maintain relationships by being an authentic communicator—no “telemarketing” scripts.
Key Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced or commission-driven environment.
  • Strong communicator who can connect with people from all walks of life.
  • Motivated, resilient, and able to thrive after facing adversity.
  • Demonstrated work ethic and accountability; able to work independently while hitting team goals.
  • Energetic and driven with a young mindset and personality that thrives in a culture of growth and competition.
  • Ability to crave the sale and consistently deliver results in a saturated industry.
  • Commission:
    Percentage of revenue generated (uncapped earning potential).
  • First-year OTE: $100,000+.
