• Identify trade‑in and purchase opportunities based on their needs

• Conduct test drives safely and professionally
• Negotiate and close deals ethically and transparently
• Assist with vehicle delivery, explaining features, warranty, and service needs
• Maintain accurate sales documentation and up‑to‑date product knowledge

• Automotive sales or advanced sales BDC experience preferred (new or pre‑owned)
• Desking/appraisal experience a plus
