About the RoleJustworks is seeking a results-driven, experienced Field Marketing Manager to manage our critical Northeast region. You will act as the dedicated local CMO, responsible for driving the end-to-end revenue pipeline within this highly strategic market. This role applies the full Strategic Dual Mandate within your territory while supporting the entire field marketing team when needed: driving pipeline creation and acceleration while simultaneously executing community building and advocacy that secures long-term revenue.
You own the Northeast regional budget and execute as self-defined local campaign strategy, ensuring rigorous adherence to all central Brand standards. You are the primary in-market partner to the regional Sales team.
- Pipeline Strategy & Execution: Own the localized GTM strategy and execution roadmap for your assigned territory. You are directly accountable for translating national objectives into locally relevant campaigns that drive pipeline creation and acceleration.
- Budget Ownership & ROI: Manage and own the localized marketing budget for your specific territory. You are responsible for strategically allocating funds across high-impact activities to maximize ROI against regional pipeline and revenue targets.
- Regional Activations: Design and execute high-value, relationship-driven activations, including targeted Sales Activations (Executive Dinners, Workshops) and bespoke events. You will also manage conference and tradeshow execution within region.
- Demand Generation Programs: Design and execute programs focused on driving pipeline velocity and targeting high-intent accounts. This includes leading localized campaign activation (e.g., coordinated outbound sequences, gifting programs, developing local webinars for active deals).
- Strategic Partner GTM Execution: Support and execute programs focused on partner referral activation and pipeline growth. This includes running co-hosted events, leading joint pipeline reviews with partners, and ensuring seamless lead flow for partner-sourced opportunities.
- Community & Retention Programs: Drive local community engagement and customer advocacy programs (e.g., local user groups, customer round tables) focused on generating measurable revenue outcomes such as customer referrals, testimonials, and retention influence.
- Territory Planning: Serve as the primary marketing partner to the regional Sales Manager, co-owning the quarterly GTM execution plan and local account prioritization.
- Account Activation: Design and execute multi-channel plays (e.g., regional ABM, partner co-outreach) targeting high-value accounts.
- Sales Enablement: Create and deliver targeted, localized sales enablement materials and talking points that allow the regional Sales team to effectively follow up on leads and convert opportunities generated by your activities.
- Operational Compliance: Monitor and enforce strict adherence to internal Sales SLAs for lead handoff and follow-up from all local activations.
- Localizing Central Campaigns: Serve as the operational program manager for all regional components of broader Demand Generation campaigns (e.g., managing regional follow-up for webinars and central events).
