ResponsibilitiesManage accounts, drive incremental sales growth, and maintain high CSAT for mid‑to‑large enterprises within Industrial, Consumer Goods, and Retail sectors. Collaborate with presales solution architects, service line leads, delivery and project managers to deliver client value.
Qualifications- 10+ years experience in Account Management in the US.
- Experience with Manufacturing/Consumer Goods/Retail sectors preferred.
- Handled US $10M+ annual revenue accounts.
- Experience working with GSIs as an Account Manager; CP is preferred.
- Strong understanding and articulation of IT technologies/services from infrastructure to apps to AI.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Solid track record of success, supported by strong references.
Base salary $150k–$180k plus bonus/variable/commission programs. Eligibility based on experience and program conditions.
