Director of Community Outreach

A growing senior living organization that is opening a brand-new private pay Assisted Living community in Brooklyn! This is a rare opportunity to join the founding leadership team and play a pivotal role in building the community's census from the ground up.

If you're a proven healthcare marketer with experience driving occupancy in private pay senior living, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

• Build relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, case managers, physicians, senior organizations, and other referral sources
• Develop and execute community outreach and marketing strategies to drive occupancy
• Conduct tours, assessments, and guide families through the admissions process
• Manage the lead pipeline and convert inquiries into move-ins
• Partner with leadership to achieve occupancy and growth goals
• Represent a brand-new luxury assisted living community in the marketplace

• Healthcare sales, admissions, or community outreach experience
• Strong preference for candidates with private pay assisted living or senior living marketing experience
• Experience launching a new community or growing census is a major plus
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for networking and referral development

• Base salary: $125,000–$150,000 plus a performance-based bonus tied to occupancy and move-in goals
