Location: New York

ePlacement is seeking a Manager of Strategic Sales in New York to lead high-performing enterprise sales teams. This role focuses on coaching, developing strategies, and engaging with VP and C-level customers to drive complex sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have experience scaling SaaS sales teams in high-growth environments, operating in VC-backed or pre-IPO companies, and a player/coach leadership style.

Compensation ranges from $200K to $240K base salary, plus OTE exceeding $400K and equity opportunities.
