Responsibilities- Analyze account performance data to offer clients data-driven insights and use those insights to improve our account and advertising offerings.
- Sustain close communication and alignment with clients and internal stakeholders to maximize client strategies and foster trust and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain C-level relationships with regional executives at a portfolio of global brands to educate and inform on the power of Tik Tok's platform and drive revenue opportunities.
- Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to building productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the global sales teams, sales operations, and other key cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Work and collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross‑functional teams across the Consumer, Content, Product, and Revenue business units to drive organizational KPIs.
- Lead the account planning process that aligns brand and Tik Tok resources to maximize opportunities.
- Grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with clients and navigate complex relationships.
- Minimum: 4+ years of experience in media sales, digital marketing, brand advertising, and/or online advertising.
- Preferred:
Experience with digital media (e.g., Digital TV, CTV, OTT, social media). - Strong track record of building compelling presentations leveraging industry and internal proof points.
- Knowledge of the self‑serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying.
- Proven ability to establish relationships with advertisers, agencies, and C‑level partners.
- Track record of delivering and exceeding revenue goals.
- Creative, outside‑the‑box thinker and strategist.
- Team player and collaborator.
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $85,943 – $141,715 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
