Location: New York
Avante in New York is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to manage a full enterprise patch of self-funded employers. The role involves building relationships with key stakeholders across HR, Finance, and IT to explain Avante's unique benefits intelligence. The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years of SaaS sales experience and must demonstrate a track record of hitting quotas in complex enterprise sales.
Compensation includes a base salary and equity, with OTE between $250,000 and $300,000. Full benefits are also offered.
