We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our sales department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving growth and exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring the achievement of sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed company targets
- Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in the market
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive performance and meet objectives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
- Conduct regular sales meetings to discuss progress and challenges, and provide guidance and support to the team
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to continuously improve product offerings and increase market share
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market changes to inform sales strategies
- Actively participate in trade shows and industry events to promote company products and explore new business opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
