Strategic Account Sales Director (m/f/d)

The mission:
Find a high‑energy, connected Account Sales professional to drive expansion within Deutsche Telekom. The role involves identifying, qualifying, and closing new project opportunities to position Nagarro as the first‑call partner for DT’s digital transformation, AI, and software engineering needs.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Prospecting:
    Identify white space within the DT Group (Telekom Deutschland, T‑Systems, Group Innovation) where Nagarro’s services can add value.
  • Relationship Orchestration:
    Build a multi‑threaded relationship map across DT, connecting with IT Directors, Product Owners, and Business Leads.
  • Demand Generation:
    Create a steady stream of sales‑qualified leads (SQLs) and convert them into tangible project proposals.
  • Deal Leadership:
    Lead the sales cycle from initial pitch to contract signature. Work closely with our technical practice leads to design winning solutions.
  • Consultative Selling:
    Position Nagarro’s “Fluidic Enterprise” concept to help DT solve complex problems in generative AI, cloud transformation, 5G monetization, and customer experience.
  • Market Intelligence:
    Stay ahead of DT’s internal shifts, budget cycles, and competitor moves to position Nagarro proactively.
  • Build and leverage an existing network within Deutsche Telekom to understand stakeholders, culture, and procurement unwritten rules.
  • Lead sales excellence: exceed sales targets (order intake) with 10+ years of experience in IT services/software sales.
  • Speak confidently about modern tech stacks—Microservices, Dev Ops, AI/ML, and Cloud—without needing a developer for every call.
  • Communicate at Native‑level German and fluent English for internal collaboration.
  • Embodied the Nagarro spirit: entrepreneurial, agile, thriving in flat hierarchy without rigid corporate manual.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of IT services/software sales experience.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Native‑level German; fluent English.
  • Strong technical literacy in Microservices, Dev Ops, AI/ML, and Cloud.
