Location: New York

For our client, we are seeking a VP - Global Sales Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a technology-driven environment.

Location:

New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $350,000 – $420,000 annually

Responsibilities
  • Develop the long-term global sales growth strategy, collaborating closely with senior leadership
  • Translate overall company strategy into actionable revenue plans for sales teams across regions
  • Act as the primary liaison between Sales and Product Development to ensure alignment on customer needs
  • Design effective sales coverage models and prioritize high-value opportunities within the sales strategy
  • Create and maintain comprehensive sales playbooks and frameworks that enhance sales effectiveness
  • Implement robust pipeline management and forecasting systems to optimize sales performance
  • Identify performance gaps and work with leadership to implement improvement strategies
Qualifications
  • 12+ years in sales strategy or commercial operations, specifically within ad tech or performance advertising
  • Proven record of driving significant revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives
  • Experience managing teams, setting objectives, and nurturing talent in sales environments
  • Deep knowledge of the digital advertising space, including advertiser behaviors and programmatic infrastructure
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in revenue modeling and performance metrics

    Ability to navigate and effect change within large, complex sales organizations, backed by credibility and expertise
