Location: New York

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) with a strong background in Salesforce services sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Salesforce consulting, implementation, customization, and support services.

Candidates must have prior experience in selling Salesforce services and a proven track record in IT services business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities for Salesforce consulting and implementation services.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through various channels including Linked In, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct discovery calls and understand client business requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Coordinate with Salesforce consultants and technical teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce products, market trends, and competitor activities.
Mandatory Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Business Development within the IT Services industry.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience selling Salesforce services/solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience handling international clients (US, UK, Australia, or Europe markets preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and services offerings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
