You will be an ambassador for GANNI, working within our beautifully curated store and reporting to store management. We pride ourselves on a learning and results‑driven mentality, uniting everyone around a common purpose.

You will support the team to always deliver a seamless, efficient service dedicated to the client’s needs. Working in an omnichannel environment, a result‑oriented and clienteling mindset is expected. Through online booking services and in‑store events, you will help build and foster the GANNI community.

• Deliver exceptional client experience and outstanding styling sessions
• Drive retention of clients
• Strive to reach individual targets and support the team in achieving store targets
• Contribute to daily store operations by maintaining high standards in both front and back of house
• Support stock management in all aspects

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar industry, preferably in a luxury/premium environment
• Energetic, proactive, and self‑motivated
• Demonstrates optimism, commitment, dedication, and curiosity
• Experience in a sales‑driven, goal‑oriented environment
• Understanding of omnichannel and clienteling concepts
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment

Hourly pay $17.00 USD plus commission, based on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
