Junior Account Executive - Womens Footwear & Accessories

Summary

Junior Account Executive responsible for managing specialty wholesale accounts for womens footwear and accessories, supporting sales targets and financial management for independent and major accounts. This role supports the senior sales manager with sales reporting, market preparation, and product education while maintaining account administration and inventory oversight. The position requires domestic and some international travel (approximately 20–30%).

• Manage specialty wholesale customer relationships and support major and department store accounts
• Prepare for market by scheduling appointments, presenting the collection, processing orders and swaps
• Run weekly selling reports, analyze sales data and report to the executive team and corporate HQ
• Monitor trends, analyze competitive selling and collaborate on sales target strategies
• Manage account inventory, replenishments, purchase orders, allocation and EDI worksheets
• Maintain line sheets, exit lists, buy books, stock lists and account recaps
• Conduct product knowledge clinics and manage sample requests for trainings

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• 1 - 3 years experience in a wholesale environment
• Basic understanding of sales principles and strong retail math skills
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and analytical capability
• Strong relationship management, public speaking and interpersonal skills
• Flexible to travel domestically and internationally (20 - 30%)
• Knowledge of SAP preferred
