Overview of the Role
The Senior Client Growth Manager will join our rapidly expanding Performance team in the Americas region—a group at the forefront of innovation within the mobile in‑app advertising ecosystem. In a fast‑moving and ever‑evolving landscape, this team delivers differentiated, high‑impact performance solutions powered by market‑leading SKAN capabilities, one of the world’s largest in‑app mobile exchanges, and uniquely advantaged inventory through global telco and OEM partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Own and deepen client relationships with the goal of becoming a top strategic partner, driving maximum campaign ROI by understanding advertiser objectives, KPIs, and operational nuances (technical integrations, creative strategy, supply dynamics, delivery optimizations).
- Lead in‑depth campaign analysis and performance reviews; provide consultative, data‑driven guidance in weekly and bi‑weekly discussions, and confidently drive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Track account‑level revenue and delivery priorities on a weekly basis, contributing insights to CXO‑level reporting and strategic planning conversations.
- Drive quarterly account retention, revenue, and margin targets, while identifying opportunities for upsell and cross‑sell to expand the overall book of business. Partner closely with Sales on strategic account planning and execution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (traders, ad operations, and cross‑functional partners) to optimize day‑to‑day campaign performance and implement high‑impact strategic improvements.
- Work alongside Sales Engineering to coordinate with third‑party partners such as MMPs, viewability providers, data platforms (DMPs), and attribution solutions.
- Serve as an in‑market product expert, partnering with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback, drive adoption, and elevate AM‑region execution standards.
- 4–6 years of professional experience, including 2–3+ years within the programmatic, demand‑side advertising space—ideally in performance or growth marketing environments.
- Proven experience in client‑facing roles with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes. Experience working with DSPs and/or MMPs is strongly preferred.
- Strategic mindset with a strong focus on revenue growth and retention; demonstrated success in driving account expansion and long‑term client partnerships is highly valued.
- Proficiency with standard business tools, including Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting/visualization platforms such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and disciplined time management.
- Comfort collaborating with global teams across time zones and planning work accordingly.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required; background in advertising, marketing, business, or STEM fields is a plus.
- Competitive salary range: $105,000—$128,000 USD (base salary) (locations: California and New York). Variable pay may include annual or quarterly bonuses and sales incentives.
