Position Summary

The Sales Enablement Associate is responsible for supporting the commercial organization by improving sales execution, pipeline visibility, demand planning, inventory monitoring, and operational efficiency. The role serves as the primary link between Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure that the commercial team has the information, tools, and processes required to drive sustainable growth.

The position will enable the Sales Director and Regional Sales Managers to focus on revenue-generating activities by providing operational support, business analytics, CRM governance, and sales process management.

Regional Sales Managers

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all opportunities are properly entered and maintained in CRM.
  • Monitor CRM Pipeline Compliance across the sales organization.
  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews with the sales team.
  • Generate pipeline, forecast, and opportunity reports for management.
  • Prepare and support customer quotations.
  • Support pricing and margin analysis.
  • Monitor inventory levels against sales forecasts.
  • Support demand planning activities.
  • Track manufacturing orders and lead times.
  • Monitor import shipments and expected arrival dates.
  • Coordinate development and maintenance of technical data sheets.
  • Support marketing initiatives and product launches.
  • Document sales and operational processes.
  • Track KPIs and business performance metrics.
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.

  • CRM Pipeline Compliance – ≥95%
