Senior Sales Executive

We are a fast-growing, established lifestyle brand with a laid‑back West Coast vibe, expanding our wholesale footprint with a new east Coast team leading the charge. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead growth across full‑price and specialty channels.

• Expand distribution with existing and new retailers, such as Anthropologie, Evereve, Tuckernuck, and expand into Macy’s and Nordstrom.
• Own and drive multi‑million‑dollar revenue growth within the first year.
• Manage the day‑to‑day wholesale operations, working cross‑functionally with account managers, design, merchandising, and leadership.
• Develop strategic pricing and tiered distribution plans.
• Manage and drive DTC optimization based on sales data

• 7‑10 years of sales experience in women’s Casual knits, athleisure, or sportswear branded space
• Proven track record scaling brands into multi‑million‑dollar wholesale businesses.
• Existing relationships with premium and specialty retailers.
• Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment.

• Annual base salary range: $120,000 - $130,000 (Actual salary based on experience and skill level)
