Work LocationNew York, NY – Hybrid (work 3 days onsite)
Hybrid ScheduleIn-office collaboration Tuesday through Thursday, remote Mondays and Fridays.
What you will be doing- Provide administrative support when preparing for meetings, coordinate samples for customers, and follow up on customer and Sales Representative requests.
- Act as the key point-of-contact for Sales Representatives in the Sales Manager's absence.
- Coordinate presentation materials and appropriate samples for meetings with key retailers; manage transfer of samples from meeting-to-meeting.
- Create and/or approve sample orders and shipments to/from customers.
- Maintain one-on-one relationships with external customers to meet their needs and further OXO’s goals, acting as the point-of-contact in the Sales Manager’s absence.
- Assist sales teams with pricing, order processing, and customer inquiries related to discounted items.
- Coordinate with internal teams or external buyers about availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain spreadsheets, prepare discounted pricing lists and promotional materials, and work with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth clearance of inventory.
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written, listening skills.
- Ability to engage with all internal and external stakeholders on matters of sales strategy and support.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 1+ years in a related field.
- Demonstrated high level of sales support.
- Proficient with MS Office, most importantly Excel.
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
In New York, the standard base pay range for this role is $25‑30.00 hourly.
