New York, NY – Hybrid (work 3 days onsite)

Hybrid Schedule

In-office collaboration Tuesday through Thursday, remote Mondays and Fridays.

What you will be doing
  • Provide administrative support when preparing for meetings, coordinate samples for customers, and follow up on customer and Sales Representative requests.
  • Act as the key point-of-contact for Sales Representatives in the Sales Manager's absence.
  • Coordinate presentation materials and appropriate samples for meetings with key retailers; manage transfer of samples from meeting-to-meeting.
  • Create and/or approve sample orders and shipments to/from customers.
  • Maintain one-on-one relationships with external customers to meet their needs and further OXO’s goals, acting as the point-of-contact in the Sales Manager’s absence.
  • Assist sales teams with pricing, order processing, and customer inquiries related to discounted items.
  • Coordinate with internal teams or external buyers about availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain spreadsheets, prepare discounted pricing lists and promotional materials, and work with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth clearance of inventory.
Skills needed to be successful in this role
  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written, listening skills.
  • Ability to engage with all internal and external stakeholders on matters of sales strategy and support.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 1+ years in a related field.
  • Demonstrated high level of sales support.
  • Proficient with MS Office, most importantly Excel.
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Base Pay

In New York, the standard base pay range for this role is $25‑30.00 hourly.
