Location: New York

As Men's Wholesale Sales Manager, you'll own and drive the growth of our men's wholesale business. You'll build lasting relationships with retail partners, set and execute sales strategies, and ensure our assortment resonates with key accounts. This role sits at the intersection of sales, business planning, and cross-functional collaboration—ideal for someone who thrives in this space. The right candidate brings established relationships with Off-Price buyers in men's apparel and a sharp understanding of the market landscape.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow wholesale partnerships across department stores, specialty retailers, and key accounts in the men's category.
  • Develop seasonal sales strategies and forecasts; present and sell assortments during market appointments.
  • Negotiate terms, distribution strategies, and promotional opportunities with accounts.
  • Partner with planning, merchandising, and operations to align inventory, pricing, and product flow with account needs.
  • Analyze sales results and market trends, using data to sharpen strategy and maximize revenue.
  • Lead and mentor the sales coordinators and associates supporting the men's business.
  • Represent the brand at market weeks, trade shows, and account meetings.
  • Identify and pursue new business within the Off-Price channel and beyond.
  • Work closely with logistics to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve fulfillment issues.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years in wholesale sales, with a proven track record in men's apparel.
  • Established relationships with key men's retailers, with a strong focus on the Off-Price sector.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • A data-driven approach—able to turn insights into an actionable strategy.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-visibility environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in sleepwear, outerwear, or loungewear is a plus.
