$60,000-$65,000 Base Salary, $140,000-$160,000 OTE + Full Benefits

My client is seeking a Business Development Associate to join a fast-growing business operating across financial markets, executive communities, and commercial engagement platforms.

The business has built built a portfolio of established market engagement platforms and executive communities focused on capital formation and investment ecosystems across areas including capital formation, investment ecosystems, and capital formation, investment ecosystems, and evolving investment trends. Their events connect investors, executives, founders, and advisors to create meaningful commercial outcomes.

What you’ll do:
  • Drive business development across market participants and corporate stakeholders
  • Engage directly with founders, public company executives, advisors, and capital providers
  • Build relationships with participating organizations and support commercial growth across the portfolio and support event growth
  • Help shape outreach strategy and commercial activity across the portfolio
  • Develop market insight across capital raising, investor engagement, and public markets
We’re looking for someone with:
  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • Background in investor relations, investment banking, brokerage, capital markets, financial services, or adjacent environments
  • Understanding of public equities and how companies access capital
  • Strong communication skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
  • Commercial mindset with interest in relationship-building and business development
  • High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Event, roadshow, or investor-facing experience is advantageous
