Location: New York
For our client, we are seeking a Manager Strategic Sales to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a Pharmaceuticals & Biotech environment.
Location:
New York City, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $435,000 – $550,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing team of Strategic AEs, coaching and developing them to exceed revenue targets
- Define and execute effective sales strategies, including territory planning and accurate forecasting
- Partner with Applied AI Engineering to facilitate technical discussions and deliver comprehensive solutions pre- and post-sale
- Collaborate with Enablement, Product, and GTM leadership to improve AE onboarding and refine sales methodologies
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities for the company’s AI solutions
- 15+ years in software/platform sales, with 7+ in a leadership role including 3+ years selling to Fortune 1000 accounts
- Demonstrated ability to close 7-figure deals
- Experience in building and scaling high-performing account executive teams
- Strong technical understanding of complex AI solutions
- Operational expertise in pipeline management and navigating complex sales cycles
- Strategic mindset with a focus on market opportunities
- Passion for AI technology and its responsible development
- Visa sponsorship available
