Position Title
Business Development Manager
Salary Range$150,000 - $175,000 / Year DOE
Business Development Manager Responsibilities- Schedule appointments to introduce buyers to the showroom
- Develop relationships with existing clients and pursue new business opportunities
- Focus on private label products to penetrate big box retailers
- Manage denim and twill product offerings, including jeans, jackets, shirts, and dresses
- Fulfill orders within a 4-5 month timeframe based on client specifications
- 10+ years of experience as a salesperson in denim, specifically selling to the moderate market
- Established connections with buyers at Target, Costco, and Walmart
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, outgoing demeanor
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Flexibility in work hours is preferred
- HMO medical coverage with a $400 premium contribution after 90 days
- Dental and vision plans available after 90 days
- 5 days of PTO in the first year, increasing to 2 weeks in the second year
- NYC sick time and holiday pay
- 401k plan with profit sharing
