Account Executive - SaaS | New York (Hybrid) | Uncapped OTE
We're hiring an Account Executive to join a high-growth, venture-backed B2B software company expanding its commercial team in the US. This is an exciting opportunity to join a scaling business at a pivotal stage, helping drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
This is a full-cycle sales role where you'll own the entire sales process - from discovery through to close - selling an innovative SaaS platform across the US.
The Role- Own your sales pipeline from qualified opportunity through to signed contract.
- Lead consultative discovery conversations, deliver tailored product demonstrations, build compelling business cases, negotiate commercial terms, and close new business.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM records.
- Share customer feedback and market insights to support product and go-to-market initiatives.
- Represent the business at industry events.
- 2-5 years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- At least 1 year in a full-cycle closing role.
- A proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling software into SMB or mid-market organisations.
- Some experience in a younger, faster-moving company.
- Exposure to supply chain, procurement, food, or FMCG markets would be a genuine plus.
- $70,000-$100,000 base salary.
- Uncapped commission structure.
