Location: New York

The Account Manager will drive revenue growth by providing industry-leading solutions through a consultative sales process to new and existing customers, and through business development efforts by building and leveraging their professional network.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain and grow revenue streams through effective internal and external sales efforts and meticulous account management.
  • Identify sales opportunities within both new and existing accounts.
  • Identify target customers and key decision makers to streamline the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement a sales plan that aligns with sales goals.
  • Perform thorough needs analysis for clients and provide consultative guidance along with recommended solutions.
  • Coordinate with PPI’s Design Engineering team to develop audiovisual solutions tailored to clients' needs and budget constraints.
  • Conduct on-site client meetings, presentations, training sessions, and product demonstrations.
  • Follow up on proposals and successfully close deals to achieve sales targets.

    Prioritize maximizing customer satisfaction across all facets of engagement with PPI.
  • Maintain technical proficiency in audiovisual solutions, staying up to date with the latest technologies and industry advancements.
  • Ensure the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is meticulously updated with relevant information including Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and Activities.
  • Complete any additional responsibilities or assignments as directed by your supervisor.

Required Certification/Experience
  • Selling skills (ability to identify, develop, and articulate solutions through consultative selling approach)
  • Ability to learn web-based software and mobile applications.
Preferred Certification/Experience
  • Experience working as an Account Manager in IT, or related technology, construction, or real estate industry.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
  • Maintain regular attendance in the office
  • Available for travel to client and project sites as required.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
