Sales Executive III – IT Solutions – P&C Insurance Sub-VerticalLocation:
New York, NY, United States.
The Insurance Practice is seeking a Property & Casualty (P&C) Sales Executive to lead client management in the IT Consulting Services arena. The role focuses on acquiring new logos and maintaining strategic relationships with existing clients, showcasing expertise in application outsourcing, application development, infrastructure services, digital solutions, and other IT services within the Insurance industry.
Basic Qualifications- 6+ years of net new logo sales experience selling IT Solutions or Professional Services to P&C Insurance clients.
- 10 years of experience in IT services, consulting, and managed services.
- At least 7 years in a Sales or new business development role, with 5+ years selling into insurance services organizations.
- BS Degree or equivalent working experience.
- Previous experience with a System Integration or Management Consulting company.
- Experience selling complex managed services, full IT outsourcing solutions, application services, and industry vertical solutions such as regulatory compliance, digital, mobile, transformation services, ERP, and more.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed annual quotas of $6 million or more.
- Proven track record selling to P&C Insurance companies.
- Strategic agility to influence multiple C-level executives within customer organizations.
- Ability to sponsor and institutionalize innovative ways of working to achieve sales objectives.
- Guided by brand and overall sales strategies.
- Models organizational and industry standards in achieving sales goals.
- Experience selling to large national and global accounts.
- Typical contact at CEO, CIO, and CTO level decision makers.
- Anticipates how market and competitive factors influence the sale of services.
- Excellent knowledge of P&C Insurance and service solutions.
- Outstanding understanding of customer decision-making processes, goals, and strategies.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Excellent ability to assess potential sales opportunities and develop value propositions.
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
Specific Duties
- Focus on selling service solutions to clients within the P&C Insurance industry.
- Solutions include Application Outsourcing, Application Development, Infrastructure Services, Data, AI, and other related IT services.
- Execute goals and strategies within the sales area.
- Sell to larger and national accounts that may include global operations.
- Typical contact at senior IT management level, with limited exposure to CIO and CTO level decision makers.
Compensation:
The starting pay range for this role is $117,000 – $280,399, reflecting the minimum and maximum target compensation across all US locations. Compensation depends on work location, experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. The position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on performance.
