Position: Global Accounts Manager (Apparel)
Location: New York

Role Purpose

Coats is seeking a Global Accounts Manager to drive growth and strengthen relationships across key global apparel brands in the North East region. The person will manage strategic accounts, expand business opportunities, and partner cross-functionally to deliver profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to support business growth.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with global apparel brand customers.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities.
  • Achieve sales revenue and gross profit targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities across product portfolios.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and market insights.
  • Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings.
Qualifications and Experience
  • 5–7+ years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering revenue growth.
  • Experience with in the apparel or textile industry preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across global accounts
  • Willingness to travel as required.
