We power the next generation of AI-native law firms with one unified global brand, a proprietary technology platform, and a centralized back office — enabling lawyers to eliminate the administrative burden and focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for their clients.
Manifest OS has raised a $60M Series A from Menlo Ventures, Kleiner Perkins, First Round, and Quiet Capital.
B2B Growth Team is responsible for sourcing SMB pipeline and building ABM-style relationships with upmarket accounts. We re a tight-knit team with a close relationship with Sales, and have driven incredible momentum behind us since our launch earlier this year.
About the RoleWe re looking for someone with 5–8+ years in event or field marketing with end-to-end ownership — ideally at a B2B startup selling to HR, People, legal, or finance buyers. You have a track record of events that sourced pipeline with numbers to prove it, plus the judgment to run brand events without forcing a pipeline metric onto everything. You re experienced across all three lanes — trade shows, partner/co-marketing, and intimate executive formats — and you treat AEs and the GM as your customers.
You ve done the full job: negotiating contracts, building invite lists, writing follow-up copy, and running programs on-site.
You love designing experiences for specific ICPs, get energized meeting new people, and are excited to build an events function from 0 to 1.
This is not for you if...You want a list handed to you, struggle with ambiguity, don t have strong cross-functional instincts to drive programs from sourcing through ROI tracking, or are looking for a remote role. This position is in-office in NYC, five days a week.
