Overview

For our client, we are seeking a Sales Director to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a Media environment.

Location:

New York, NY — US based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available.

Compensation: $200,000 – $275,000 annually.

Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic agency relationships on the East Coast
  • Build long-term partnerships with senior decision-makers
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets via new business and account growth
  • Lead end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing
  • Advise clients with strategic insights on digital advertising
  • Collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution
  • Represent the company at industry events and client engagements
Qualifications
  • 4-6+ years in digital media, ad tech, or advertising sales
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth through agency partnerships
  • Experience expanding agency relationships
  • Strong understanding of programmatic, video, and CTV advertising
  • Familiarity with selling ad tech platforms or advanced media solutions
  • Background from a DSP, SSP, publisher, or ad tech company
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
