Overview
The NYC Maid is hiring a Commission Sales Partner in Kips Bay, Manhattan around NYU Langone Medical Center. This role involves signing cleaning clients directly (homeowners, offices, property managers, Airbnb hosts) or signing referrers (doormen, real estate agents, concierges, movers). You will earn a 10% recurring commission on every completed cleaning
, for as long as the customer stays.
- Identify and sign new cleaning clients or sign referrers to generate ongoing business.
- Develop relationships with homeowners, offices, property managers, and referral partners (doormen, real estate agents, concierges, movers).
- Build and maintain a client and referral network in the NYC area, with emphasis in Kips Bay.
- Communicate effectively to promote services and close signings that lead to recurring revenue.
Paid daily via Stripe Connect. 1099 independent contractor, with no cap. Tier upgrades to 12% at 50 clients and 15% at 100 clients. Path to Sales Manager with override income. The payout system is already live for existing referrers.
Qualifications & Requirements- Based in the NYC area, in or around Kips Bay; ability to access the local network.
- Relationship-builder with aSales mindset; sales background is helpful but not required.
- English is required;
English/Spanish is a plus.
