Location: Steamburg
The NYC Maid is hiring a Commission Sales Partner in Old Town, Staten Island. The role focuses on signing cleaning clients directly (homeowners, offices, property managers, Airbnb hosts) or sign referrers (doormen, real estate agents, concierges, movers) and earning a recurring commission on completed cleanings.
Responsibilities- Prospect and sign cleaning clients directly or sign referrers in the target area.
- Earn 10% recurring commission on every completed cleaning, for as long as the customer remains active.
- Coordinate payout processes through Stripe Connect for eligible commissions.
- Build and maintain relationships to generate ongoing referral opportunities.
- 1099 independent contractor with no cap on earnings.
- Tiered commission: 12% at 50 clients; 15% at 100 clients.
- Path to Sales Manager with override income.
- Current payout system is already in place for existing referrers.
- Located in or around Old Town, Staten Island with access to NYC-area networks.
- Relationship-building aptitude; sales background is helpful but not required.
- English required;
English/Spanish is a plus.
