Personal Lines Inside Sales Representative - New Business Insurance

Job Overview

The Person al Lines Insurance Representative is a fully remote role responsible for quoting and selling personal lines insurance policies (auto, home/renters/condo, umbrella, recreational vehicles, etc.) to warm inbound affinity member leads. The position does not involve cold calling and requires daily handling of inbound calls, online inquiries, and referrals from internal departments.

• Quote and sell personal lines insurance products to warm inbound leads.
• Access over 20 carrier options to meet customer needs and maintain knowledge of all carrier underwriting requirements.
• Assess customer needs, gather required information, and accurately rate and underwrite applications.
• Prepare and offer quotes, explain coverages, make recommendations, and create/bind completed applications.
• Meet monthly sales goals and work within a lucrative compensation plan that rewards performance.

• Minimum 2+ years of personal lines insurance sales experience or strong sales experience in other industries.
• Valid personal lines insurance license or Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required.
• Ability to strategically solve problems and create complex solutions to meet customer needs.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward exceeding customer expectations.
• Excellent communication skills over the phone and via email.
• Strong multi‑tasking, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Quick typing and intermediate PC skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets and word processing software.

Total Compensation (Estimated Annually): $80,000 to $100,000 (uncapped) based on base salary, commission, bonus incentives, and other incentives.
