Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Support a team of salespeople in securing high‑profile sponsorship deals on behalf of premium rights holders globally.
• Proactively prospect potential sponsors across a range of categories and geographical regions.
• Work across multiple global sponsorship sales processes, assisting sales leads in progressing the pipeline of prospective sponsors.
• Prospect potential sponsors to secure additional meetings.
• Work closely with research and insights teams to tailor interactions to specific brands.
• Collaborate with operations and creative teams to ensure client needs are met according to directions from sales leads.
• Develop client‑ or brand‑specific insights to inform sales materials and meeting decks.
• Join other sales team members to host potential brands at events and client sites.
• Build and nurture relationships with rights‑holder and brand stakeholders, supporting the sales manager and leads in meetings and presentations.

• 1‑3 years of relevant experience is preferred but not required.
• Baseline knowledge of sponsorship, sports, marketing, or media industries.
• High levels of influence, persuasion, and negotiation experience.
• Experience working in a team environment while balancing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Strong emotional intelligence and a passion for sport.
• Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Sponsorship sales experience is not required.

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary for this role in the United States. Salaries may vary based on professional experience, responsibilities, and other factors. This figure is only one element of our total compensation package.
