Location: New York
Overview
The NYC Maid is hiring a Commission Sales Partner in Neponsit, Queens around Neponsit Beach. Sign cleaning clients directly (homeowners, offices, property managers, Airbnb hosts) or sign referrers (doormen, real estate agents, concierges, movers) — and earn 10% recurring commission on every completed cleaning
, for as long as they stay a customer.
Paid daily via Stripe Connect. 1099 independent contractor, no cap. Tier upgrades to 12% at 50 clients and 15% h to Sales Manager with override income. The whole payout system is already live for existing referrers.
Responsibilities- Sign new cleaning clients directly or sign referrers who can refer clients (e.g., doormen, real estate agents, concierges, movers).
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and referrers in the Neponsit area.
- Collaborate with the NYC Maid team to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction for referred customers.
- Sales-focused mindset with relationship-building skills.
- English required;
English/Spanish a plus. - Sales experience is helpful but not required.
