Location: Prospect Heights
Overview
The NYC Maid is hiring a Commission Sales Partner in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn around Barclays Center. Sign cleaning clients directly (homeowners, offices, property managers, Airbnb hosts) or sign referrers (doormen, real estate agents, concierges, movers) and earn 10% recurring commission on every completed cleaning for as long as the customer uses the service.
Responsibilities- Sign and develop relationships with cleaning clients or referral sources (doormen, real estate agents, concierges, movers) in the Prospect Heights area.
- Build and maintain a network to generate ongoing signups and referrals.
- 10% recurring commission on every completed cleaning, with payout daily via Stripe Connect.
- 1099 independent contractor status with no cap on earnings.
- Tier upgrades to 12% at 50 clients and 15% at 100 clients.
- Path to Sales Manager with override income.
- The payout system is already live for existing referrers.
- Sales background is helpful, but not required.
- English required;
English/Spanish a plus.
