Off Premise Account Manager

Beluga Vodka is the #4 Super-Premium Vodka globally and the fastest-growing vodka brand in the U.S., leading the luxury vodka segment. As we continue to expand across the U.S. market, we are looking for a passionate, motivated Off Premise Account Manager to drive growth in the Off-Premise channel targeting key retail partners such as liquor stores and grocery stores.

Role Overview

As an Off Premise Account Manager
, you will be responsible for building and expanding Beluga Vodka’s footprint in strategic off-premise accounts. This includes opening new retail doors, driving distribution and velocity, managing relationships with buyers and store managers, and ensuring our brand is highly visible at the point of sale.

The role requires a field-first approach
, with 80–90% of your time spent in-market, and a sharp focus on hitting performance KPIs such as new distribution points, incremental displays, and sales growth
.

Key Responsibilities New Business Development
  • Identify, open, and develop high-potential off-premise accounts, including liquor stores and grocery stores. Secure brand placements and win premium shelf space and displays.
Territory Growth
  • Deliver commercial and financial goals by driving distribution gains, display execution, and volume growth across your territory.
Retailer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and store managers at independent and larger retail accounts.
KPI Achievement
  • Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, including new listings, distribution points, and display execution.
  • Track activities and submit reports in the company CRM, including KPI progress, account visits, promotions, competitor activity, and special projects.
Brand Visibility & Merchandising
  • Ensure prominent shelf positioning, endcaps, floor displays, and effective implementation of POS materials to maximize Beluga Vodka’s presence.
Promotional Execution
  • Partner with retail staff to plan and execute promotions, tastings, and consumer engagement events that drive sales and brand awareness.
Product Knowledge & Training
  • Train retail staff on Beluga Vodka’s brand values, product details, and selling points to strengthen advocacy and ensure consistent execution.
Required Skills / Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in spirits/wine/beer sales within the Off-Premise channel
    .
  • Strong knowledge of retail landscape, including liquor stores and grocery stores.
  • Proven track record of opening new retail accounts and growing distribution in a competitive market.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Self-starter who can work independently while managing multiple priorities and schedules.
  • Comfortable with fieldwork (80–90% of time spent in-market).
  • Experience working with luxury or premium spirits brands is a strong plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required for daily travel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
