Retail Sales Associate

What you’ll be doing

As a full‑time Verizon Retail Sales Associate, you’ll grow your career by generating retail sales, building customer relationships, and providing solutions.

• Generate retail sales using passion for technology and exceptional customer service.
• Learn customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Present product insights and solution recommendations for complete top‑down sales solutions.
• Close sales using strong communication skills.
• Continuously develop through training and up‑skill in merchandising and inventory.
• Make outbound calls and send texts to interested Verizon customers.
• Engage the community outside the store at off‑site events.

Requirements and qualifications for the role.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience (work or military).
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Openness to pick up additional shifts during peak periods.
• Experience in a commission‑based environment (preferred).
• Sales experience communicating customer solutions (preferred).
• Customer service experience (preferred).

Base pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour, with up to $18,000 per year in commissions and additional earnings for exceeding goals.
