Purpose of the PositionRepresent Logyper in the local business market and create qualified sales opportunities with companies that need better IT support, cybersecurity, cloud tools, or technology guidance. The goal is to understand each prospect's business pain points, explain Logyper's value clearly, and schedule the right consultation with our team.
Responsibilities- Prospect and contact small and mid-sized businesses in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and nearby NYC areas.
- Build a qualified pipeline through calls, email, Linked In, referrals, networking, and local outreach.
- Listen to business needs and identify pain points related to downtime, security, support response, cloud tools, and continuity.
- Position Logyper's managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and business support services in clear business terms.
- Schedule consultations and coordinate next steps with the technical team.
- Maintain accurate CRM notes, lead status, follow-up dates, opportunities, and next actions.
- Support proposals, quotes, and onboarding conversations when needed.
- Represent Logyper with a polished, trustworthy, and consultative approach.
- Meet agreed sales activity goals while protecting the company's reputation and client trust.
- B2B sales, business development, or appointment-setting experience
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication, listening, and follow-up skills
- Professional presence with business decision-makers
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Experience selling IT services, MSP, cybersecurity, SaaS, or professional services
- Existing NYC business network
- Experience with cold outreach or local prospecting
- Spanish or additional language skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, cloud software, or small business operations
